What should I wear to a class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement, and don't forget your cosy socks!

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Claire's classes are welcoming to all levels, including beginners.  Alternative options and guidance will be suggested to suit individual needs.
